The tasks of the charging plugs are much more complex in this context than one would think at first glance, as they have to cover a large variety of functions. MENNEKES managed to develop a charging connector that meets these demands. This connector is no larger than a common 16A plug and suited for both single-phase 230V connection as well as three-phase 400V connection up to a charging current of 63A.

This charging technology also features the required communication interfaces between the charging station and the vehicle.

A "plug present" contact for example ensures the activation of the immobiliser and a "control pilot" contact enables communication, meaning data exchange.

Posao za utikač za punjnje je veoma kompleksan i nije jednostavan kao što na prvi pogled izgleda, jer mora da pokrije razne funkcije. MENNEKES je uspio da napravi konektor za priključak i punjenje koji ispunjava ove zahtjeve.

Ovaj konektor nije veći nego standardni  16A utikač i ima u sebi prikljčak za monofazni napon 230V i trofazni priključak  400V koji podnosi struju do 63A.

Ova tehnologija zahtjeva kominikaciju izmedju stanice za punjnje i punjača u vozilu kroz napojni kabl.

A "kontak prisutnosti" je kontakt koji osigurava da da se vozilo ne moye pokrenuti dok je utikač uključen u vozilo, taj kontakt omogučćava prenos podatake izmedju vozila i vanjske kutije za priključak električne energije.

 

Design and building infrastructure

Recharging batteries in electric car on parking place in the city, at road side and highway with solar photovoltaic charging stations for recharging batteries. Goal is to recharge car's battery overnight or in 10 minutes and this requires an enormous amount of cheap electric energy...

The electric cars planned to be build by car manufacturers will take several hours or 10 minutes to recharge and so recharging points need to be placed where people parking their vehicle and those places are: where they sleep, where they work, where they doing some other activities as for example: parking place on highway and other city parking places, hotels, motels, shopping centers, movie theaters, school and university centers, stadium, golf courses.etc.

Projektovanje i gradnja infrastrukture

Dopunjenje baterija električnog automobila na parking mjestima u gradu, pored cesta i autocesta putem sunčevih električnih centrala za dopunjenje baterija. Cilj je dopunjenje baterija u 10 minuta i to zahtijeva veliku količinu jeftine električne energije.

Budući električni automobili planirani za proizvodnju od strane auto industrije će trebati nekoliko sati ili 10 minuta da se dopune njegove baterije i tada će biti potrebno izgraditi mjesta gdje će ti automobili moći dopuniti baterije a takva mjesta su tamo gdje oni spavaju, tamo gdje oni rade, tamo gdje obavljaju neke druge aktivnosti kao sto su: parking mjesta na autocestama i u gradovima, hoteli, moteli, kupovni centri, kina, pozorista, škole i univerzitetski centri, stadioni, golf igralista, itd.

For electric vehicles to achieve their tremendous potential there needs to be a recharging infrastructure that provides overnight recharging for those without traditional garages, and public recharging locations to allow the cars to be conveniently recharged when away from home.

Da bi se u svim tim vozilima dopunile baterije i da bi električni automobil dostigao svoj ogroman potencijal moramo izgraditi infrastrukturu a to su stanice za dopunjavanje baterija električnog vozila koje bi taj posao trebale da obave za vrijeme parkiranja vozila i kada vozilo nije u garaži i daleko je od kuće.

Dopunjenje baterija električnog automobila, na parking mjestima u gradu zahtijeva priključak na gradsku električnu mrežu ako nije moguće instalirati sunčevu električnu centralu...
