OUR TASK and MISSION in Bosnia and Herzegovina and wide Balkan area

SARTELCOM d.o.o. ( SARTELCOM Ltd.) is private owned company with the core business in Terrestrial T-DVB and Satellite DVB transmission of radio and television signals. We are established in 2004 with primary goal for T-DVB in BiH.
 
We expecting to to be service company for all needs of small and medium TV stations in BiH, to help them broadcast their program in T-DVB format via SARTELCOM future T-DVB network.

Information and communication technology are base for fast economic and technological reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and by supporting Independent Media in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Balkan States, SARTELCOM company wish to contribute these new technology to the economic development of BiH.

SARTELCOM d.o.o. will offers a full range of services in area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This includes the sale of T- DVB systems, design and engineering, installation of purchased DTT systems, putting in operation/service, and providing educational service for staff of our customers.

We will work mostly on voice, data and video transmission needs of our customers. The company's customers will be primarily TV stations, radio stations, educational institutions, governmental agencies and internet service providers (ISP).

Rebroadcast and Relaying Satellite Uplink Services Business primarily in DVB format for companies who want to use satellite for broadcasting their program or to rebroadcast - relay their programs.

We are initiating Service and Maintenance Center for all customers interested in audio, video, transmitting TV technology.

Based in Sarajevo, we start introduction of project and teaching people of new T-DVB advantages and possibilities, in the market, which is still unknown as Technology for Terrestrial Digital Video Broadcast for TV and Radio programs.

We are dedicated, as majority of BiH people, to the rapid development of our country. We want to engage and unite young people in development and research projects such as manufacturing T-DVB Receivers- (Set Top Box-a), AND IN THE NEAR FUTURE, MANUFACTURING T-DVB TRANSMITTERS of high quality, for export trade. We are having initial positive reactions and support coming from different levels of BiH government structure in this PIONEER VENTURE project called Technology for Terrestrial Digital Video Broadcast for TV and Radio programs.

Our Prime goal is implementing T- DVB technology in Bosnia and Herzegovina with:

SARTELCOM d.o.o. as a pioneer is devoted, that this technology penetrate in Bosnia and Herzegovina and wide Balkan area in cooperation with few interested TV stations is working on license issues with CRA Communication Regulatory Agency.

Bosnia and Herzegovina still waits for digitally interactive pay-TV.  A bureaucratic hiatus in CRA Communication Regulatory Agency is stalling plans to bring digitally interactive pay-television broadcasts to Bosnia and Herzegovina, while some countries in Africa as Namibia is already enjoys this cutting-edge technology.

The T-DVB technology is proven also for Bosnia and Herzegovina, but there is no regulatory framework yet to run things, says Rudolf Bosnjak, owner of SARTELCOM.

SARTELCOM is the first company who start to implement T-DVB and bring this new technology in BiH market and wide Balkan area.

CRA Communication Regulatory Agency refused TWICE to issue SARTELCOM pilot - test system LICENSE FOR test transmitter for Sarajevo area.

We at SARTELCOM offer free broadcast of all available analog programs in Sarajevo area, FOR CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME, but we refused, WHY!
