Unlike a traditional gasoline-powered car, the my Opel Kadett
cabriolet doesn't contain hundreds of moving parts. It's powered by just four main
systems:
- The Energy Storage System (ESS)
- The Power Electronics Module (PEM)
- An electric motor
- A sequential manual 5 speed transmission
In place of an internal combustion engine, my Opel Kadett
cabriolet has an AC Permanent Magnet synchronous electric
motor and are now very popular in a wide variety of industrial
applications. A large majority of them are constructed with the permanent magnets mounted
on the periphery of the rotor core. When permanent magnets are buried inside the rotor
core rather than bonded on the rotor surface, the motor not only provides mechanical
ruggedness but also opens a possibility of increasing its torque capability. By designing
a rotor magnetic circuit such that the inductance varies as a function of rotor angle, the
reluctance torque can be produced in addition to the mutual reaction torque of synchronous
motors. It is now very popular in industrial and military applications by providing high
power density and high efficiency compared to other types of motors.
The wheels get drive torque supplied by an AC 3 phase Permanent Magnet synchronous electric motor with output power 22
kW.
In place of a bottom of load spacea there is 9 lead
acid batteries -- the Energy Storage System (ESS) . They weigh about
200kg in total.
The Power Electronics Module (PEM) is
Siemens Simovert 6SV1 long inverter with
output power 100kW. Power inverter that converts DC power to AC power.
Estimated maximum speed at flat road in fifth
speed is over 100km/h, electric motor is capable to make 6.000 rpm in minute.
Braking torque is produced by simply shorting the motor leads
inside inverter.
PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT IN SARAJEVO, BOSNIA AND
HERZEGOVINA
HAPCEV Project is
focused to convert the gasoline and diesel fueled vehicles to run on clean
electric power which does not pollute the air essential for our lives.
Development of a proof-of-concept for ac electric motor,
controller, battery pack and charging system with the goal of determining the feasibility
of a marketable line of ELEKTROAUTO products. This project represents the most significant
portion of driving by use of pure electric energy, in terms of investment, risks,
challenges, and possible gains.

Tests shows that using electric car, is six time
cheaper for use and maintenance then when you use car with petrol or diesel engine.
Dramatic redesigns of cars will be possible when the engine
compartment and the space occupied by the current driveline will no longer be necessary.
Eliminating the internal combustion engine from cars will reduce vehicle pollution to ZERO.

Benzinski motor automobil sadrži stotine pokretnih djelova.
Moj Opel Kadet kabriolet kompletan sistem sadrži četri glavna dijela:
- Energy Storage System (ESS)
- Power Electronics Module (PEM)
- trofazni električni motor
- originalni ručni mjenjač sa pet brzina
Na mjestu benzinskog motora, moj Opel Kadet kabriolet ima
izmjenični Permanent Magnet sinhroni električni
motor.
Točkovi ovog automobila se pokreću preko ručnog mjenjača
sa 5 brzina, standardnim kvačilom i sve to sa trofaznim izmjeničnim električnim motorom
izlazne snage 22 kW
Na dnu prostora za teret ima 9 baterije-akumulatori,
svaka baterija je napona 12 volti i spojene su u seriju u kojima je uskladištena
jednosmjerna električna energija - the Energy Storage System (ESS).
Ukupna težina ovih baterije je oko 200kg.
Power Electronics Module (PEM) je Siemens
Simovert 6SV1 dugi inverter izlazne snage 100kW, koji pretvara jednosmjernu struju u
izmjeničnu struju.
Maksimalna brzina u petoj brzni na ravnom putu je preko
100km/h, a broj obrtaja električnog motora je do 6.000 obrtaja u minuti.
RAZVOJ PROTOTIPA U SARAJEVU, BOSNA I
HERCEGOVINA
HAPCEV Projekt je fokusiran da prepravi vozila sa benzinskim ili dizel
motorom da rade na čistu električnu energijue bez zagadjena zraka-vazduha koji trebamo
za disanje.
Razvoj i dokazivanje koncepta automobila sa naizmjeničnim
električnim motorom, kontrolorom, baterijskim sistemom i načinom punjenja baterija sa
ciljem testiranja pouzdanosti proizvoda i moguće prodaje ELEKTROAUTO proizvoda. Ovaj
projekt predstavlja najprepoznatljiviji dio a to je vožnja automobila bez upotrebe
fosilih goriva koristeći čistu električnu energiju, kroz investicije, rizik, izazove i
mogući dobitak.

Testiranje je pokazalo da je električni automobil, šest
puta jefitniji za korišćenje i održavanje nego automobil sa dizel motorom.
Dramatično se mjenja izgled automobila kada se
izvadi benzinski ili dizel motor i izduvni sistem, rezervor za gorivo, hladnjak jer to
više nije potrebno. Eliminisanjem motora sa unutrašnjim sgorijevanjem iz automobila
zagadjenje zraka-vazduha
se smanjuje na NULU.
