Artist and designers who do not have enough experience to create their own electric car design
can start and make their design in our studio with our help and can create new age for the future.

Scale and full-size clay models will be used extensively throughout the ELEKTROAUTO design studio, for both exterior and interior designs. Even with the introduction of 3D machines into the process, the development of the design and the finishing of the models are still provided by a team of our skilled modeler's.

CHASSIS FOR FUTURE VEHICLE - WHAT TO SELECT

Which system to use for our first chassis for new BIH-electric car?

OBVIO SISTEM

The aluminum chassis is bonded to the composite superstructure, meaning the chassis enters the "RTM Light" forms (Resin Transfer Molding Light) during manufacture, forming one solid piece with the superstructure and passenger safety cell. The integrated structure means the chassis does not have the hump or central channel. This leaves a nice, smooth floor with ample legroom and a clean interior look. Essentially, the front seat is like a comfy sofa, or if you prefer, think of it as a throwback to bench seats.

LOTUS SYSTEM

There is system to use from Lotus, joining aluminum parts with adhesives and rivets. Lotus technology is the system that are found in Denmark, the metallic parts are connected by epoxy resin (glue), if properly prepared, a special chemical bond to the surface. The adhesive can hold the parts together strongly and reliably. The most important is that the profiles of aluminum parts can be much thinner than traditional welding techniques. Why? Welded joints may be weak, so that the thickness of the material should be increased to a given part of the joint was not strong enough.

 

FORD SYSTEM

There is system to use from Ford, GT makes extensive use of aluminum panels and extrusions. Key to the GT's nine formed panels is superplastic forming, a process borrowed from the aerospace industry. Ford Motor Co., superplastic forming produces panels characterized by good strength, light weight, and good flexibility. Superplastic forming, also known as hot stamping, uses dies heated to 900 degrees F. The panels are inserted into the tooling, and nitrogen at 150 to 250 pounds per square inch (PSI) is blown into the tooling, forcing the panels to conform to the die's contours. Lubrication is needed so the panels can flow properly in the tooling as they are formed.

Which system to use for our first drive system for new BIH-electric car?

Front Differential Gear. Max Input Torques = 320 Nm

 

High, Low, neutral and reverse  Gearbox.

Engage\Disengage front wheels mechanism.

Max output torques: 470 Nm .

Rear Differential Gear with lock mechanism. Max Input Torques = 470 Nm

SUSPENSION SYSTEM FOR FUTURE VEHICLE - WHAT TO SELECT

Which suspension system to use for our first new BIH electric car?

A linear electromagnetic motor is installed at each wheel of a BOSE® equipped vehicle. The control algorithms operate by observing sensor measurements taken from around the car and sending commands to the motors.


Omer Halilhodzic previous designs...

 

Mitsubishi Concept repeated ideas Omer Halilhodzic (who continues his career in the Mercedes), this time with 2.1-liter engine with 16 valves provides 201 horsepower distributed to all four wheels. For now, you'll be satisfied with just drawings.

Omer Halilhodzic independent auto designer from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He studied at the Sarajevo University and graduated in industrial design. Business designers not only draw on paper, tablets, or modeling and joining materials and rendering on workstations. Most people think that it is only drawing cars. The designer must know the materials and skills of the drawing. Only when we know the materials through their mechanical-physical characteristics, processing capabilities, but also the basics of construction and technology in mechanical engineering design is complete. You need to have as much znajnja in the field of aerodynamics! Our designer since January 2008. he worked as head of exterior design team for the European study by Mercedes-Benz.

Design is not just a drawing, it is the beginning of the beginning. From drawing to a car is a process that takes several years. I love cars unusual design and such is still a little on the roads, often says Omer Halilhodzic which shook the world of cars after being introduced to the tenth anniversary Mitsubishijevog model generation Lancer Evolution X.

Polycarbonate roof example from SABIC Innovative Plastics and Lexan sheet with special Exatec ink technology. The polycarbonate glazing had to equal the optical quality of glass while also surpassing glass in design freedom and weight savings.

CATIA (Computer Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application) is a multi-platform CAD/CAM/CAE commercial software suite developed by the French company Dassault Systemes. CATIA stands for Computer Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application and is one of the most widely known and used software systems in the CAD world that is marketed and technically supported by IBM. The software is very intricate and is used by some of the biggest names in the business world. Currently over 20,000 companies use it worldwide and the distinguished list of names that use the software are top names such as Goodyear, Ford, Toyota, Hyundai, Boeing, Porsche, and Lear Jet just to name a few. All these top companies and more take advantage of the powerful applications that the software has to offer in order to help develop and design their products.
